Softball group training sessions

"Girls in the Game" Softball Training
Hitting: Players will learn and develop proper fastball hitting mechanics, including grip, back-swing, weight transfer and follow through. As well there will be a focus on bunting and 2 strike adjustment for more advanced hitters.
Fielding: Players will learn and develop proper fielding techniques including ready position, footwork, body positioning, as well there will be focus on proper throwing mechanics to prevent arm injury
