Rental and Payment Terms
Receipt of payment is proof of the renter's agreement to the following terms:
Pricing effective September 1st - June 1st annually. Extended hours will come into effect January 1st - April 1st.
All one-time field rentals are required to make a FULL NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT upon booking. All weekly field rentals are required to make a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking.
All rentals booking consecutive weeks are making a commitment and will no longer be able to cancel their rental, even with a minimum of 24 hour notice. You are committing to the space for the calendar year.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Carrying charges on past due amounts is 2% per month (24% per annum).
All rentals run as indicated on invoice.
